He contacted me about a 10 acre parcel that his cell tower company had purchased to put up a 100' tall cell tower. They only needed about 1/2 acre at the front of the property and wanted to sell the balance behind it. We chatted and worked out have an easement thru their property to the remaining 10 acres behind it. We did a bit of haggling and agreed on a fair price and closed about 30 days later.
